Rosemary Rosa
Acting Executive Director

Rosemary is the Acting Assistant Director for Turning Point Center of Central Vermont. She manages all Turning Point’s recovery programs.

Rosemary is an IC&RC Certified Recovery Coach and person in long term recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction. She is a Certified SMART Facilitator and is also a Certified Acu-Detox provider. Rosemary has completed an herbalism certification as well as a birth doula training. Rosemary has taken advanced Motivational Interviewing training in addition to many other supervisory trainings and general recovery related continuing education. Rosemary loves learning about recovery and is always looking to expand her knowledge in the field. Rosemary is cross-trained and experienced in all of Turning Point Center’s programs and loves the diversity of her work. Rosemary feels that a large part of her life’s purpose is found in supporting individuals as they find their path into healthy, happy recovery.

Rosemary is married with young children and loves being a sober mother and wife. Being able to raise her children in a sober and loving home has been the biggest gift of sobriety. Rosemary had many relapses before finding stable recovery and has deep compassion for folks who struggle to find their pathway to recovery. She finds it deeply rewarding to support parents who are navigating early recovery.

Rosemary is also passionate about working with people whose addictions have intersected with law-enforcement and helping them to move forward with their lives. Rosemary believes in a holistic approach to recovery.

Rosemary grew up in Central Vermont and returned to the area to raise her family. Rosemary believes recovery can be joyful and vibrant. She works hard on her personal recovery so her life and the lives of those around her can reach their potential. Rosemary finds it deeply rewarding to give back to the recovery community in any way she can. In her free time, you will find her spending time with her family and friends—or running with her dog Maple, or hiking in Vermont’s beautiful mountains.
