
Fran Spaulding
Fran has an Associate’s degree in Human Services and is a Certified Recovery Coach working in the Emergency Department at CVMC. She has been working in this capacity for the past four years and says she can’t think of anywhere else she’d rather work. Fran has been living sober from Alcohol Use disorder for over 10 years and is grateful every day for her recovery which has made it possible for her resume her life in all the ways that are most meaningful for her. She finds purpose and meaning through her relationships as a mother, grandmother, employee and friend. Fran’s recovery skills are demonstrated by her empathy and lovingkindness toward those that are suffering with addiction. She enjoys helping others navigate their path to wellness and recovery by sharing the message that recovery can happen! In her free time, she enjoys biking outside in the sunshine and has a horse named Sassy that she cares for.
